Appointment Booking:

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or through approved booking platforms.
All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational conflicts.

Cancellation Policy:

Customers must provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the scheduled service total.

Pricing and Payment:

Service pricing is provided on our website or booking platform and may change without notice.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods as listed on our invoice.

Vehicle Condition and Liability:

Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables from their vehicle prior to service.
While we take reasonable precautions during service, Mishawaka Auto Detailing Solutions LLC is not responsible for pre existing damage, mechanical or electrical failures, items left inside the vehicle, or issues related to manufacturer defects.
Any claims regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service rendered.

By submitting your information through our online booking form, you consent to receive SMS messages from Mishawaka Auto Detailing Solutions LLC related to your service request.
These messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service notifications, invoice links, and customer support communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier.
